Meet Grant Wands

Grant Wands brings a diverse professional background and a client-focused approach to his real estate career. Originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina, Grant has called the Houston area home for the past 25 years, giving him a deep understanding of the local market and the communities he serves.

With three years of real estate experience, Grant draws on more than three decades of leadership and service, including 17 years in education, seven years in the financial industry, and six years in the U.S. Army. His broad experience has shaped his strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to helping clients make confident, informed decisions.

Now a member of the Nicole Freer Group, Grant is dedicated to providing exceptional service while guiding buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate process with professionalism and integrity.

Outside of work, Grant enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with his family. He and his spouse have been together for five years and are proud parents to Donte, Taylor, Bryce, and Drake. Their family also includes Luna, affectionately known as "L Boogie."
