Meet Jenny Chappa

Jenny Chapa brings a strong background in recruiting, business development, and relationship management to her role at Corcoran Genesis. Originally from Indiana, she has called The Woodlands home for the past seven years. Before joining Corcoran Genesis, Jenny worked in corporate real estate recruitment and previously built a successful career in AdTech sales across the Midwest and West Coast.

Her diverse professional experience has equipped her with exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a people-first approach that supports both the agents and leadership team at Corcoran Genesis. Jenny is committed to fostering meaningful relationships and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, attending live music events, and making memories with friends. In this season of life, much of her free time is spent with her husband, Robert-Allen, and their two children, Charlotte and Hayes, exploring parks and enjoying family adventures together.
