Originally from Lima, Peru, Jesica began her career in real estate through the lens of architecture. She earned her degree in Architecture in Lima and later pursued a Master’s Degree in Spain, specializing in Business Management relating to large-scale development firms. This academic foundation, coupled with hands-on experience, has equipped her with a unique understanding of both the structural and business aspects of real estate—a rare combination that gives her clients a strategic advantage in today’s market.

Jesica has called Spring, Texas home since 2011, where she lives with her husband of 24 years, Rod, their daughter Alexandra, and their two beloved dogs, Ruby and Zoe. In addition to her professional work, she has a personal passion for flipping homes, where she brings new life to properties through thoughtful design and renovation. Jesica is also an avid photographer and an active member of WoodsEdge Community Church, where she finds inspiration and connection through service and community.
