Kristi Smith is a detail-oriented and client-focused Realtor® who brings a powerful blend of financial expertise, creative insight, and heartfelt service to every real estate experience. Originally from Oklahoma City, Kristi has called The Woodlands home for nearly 20 years. Her life journey has also taken her to Dallas, New York, and Connecticut, giving her a broad perspective and deep appreciation for what makes a house feel like home. Prior to launching her real estate career, Kristi spent two decades in accounting and corporate finance, building a strong foundation in analysis, negotiation, and strategic decision-making. Today, she uses that same skill set to help clients evaluate properties with clarity and confidence, while also embracing the creative side of real estate that brings vision and possibility to life.

With 2.5 years of experience in the industry, Kristi has developed a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and genuine care. Her greatest satisfaction comes from matching families with homes that truly fit their needs, lifestyle, and long-term goals.

Outside of work, Kristi is an active and engaged member of The Woodlands community. She enjoys traveling, gardening, and taking peaceful walks with her dogs around Lake Woodlands. One of her favorite ways to spend time is watching her daughter cheer on the sidelines at John Cooper School football games. Her son is currently attending Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and she treasures any time spent with her children.
