Meet Maria Fernanda Mascarenhas

Maria Fernanda Mascarenhas brings a unique combination of architectural, interior design, and real estate expertise to every client she serves. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, she has called Spring, Texas home since 2014 and proudly serves clients in both English and Portuguese.

With two and a half years of real estate experience and more than 25 years as a custom residential architect, Maria Fernanda offers valuable insight into home design, functionality, and the buying process. As the founder of Styliving Studio LLC and a member of the Nicole Freer Group, she helps clients make confident real estate decisions while envisioning the full potential of every home.

Outside of real estate, Maria Fernanda enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her church, traveling, and staying active. She and her husband have been together for 35 years and are proud parents of João Pedro and Ana Luiza. Their family also includes two beloved dogs, Tony and Chili.
